The narrator tells us that if a married couple finds out that their spouse is unfaithful, the wife will do anything to keep her husband from finding out. She'll do anything, she says, to make sure that her husband doesn't find out about it. The narrator also warns us that we shouldn't be too hard on our husbands, since we'll be at their house today.
