In this short scene, Manabu explains to his wife that he is unable to sleep because his nipples have become "squishy" . He tells her to rub them with a warm cloth and then to "pouch" them with her fingers. He then tells her that tomorrow is her "day off" and that she should "pluck" her nipple. She then tells him that she can "tell your nipple's are erect" by looking at them "di rectly" , and that he can "suck" them if he wants to. He says he can do this "all of a sudden" and she shudders.
