The chapter opens with a conversation between Nemo and his wife, Nozomu. Nemo tells his wife that she can cum three more times before she comes home. He tells her that his brother, Manabu, will be home by 7pm that night. He asks her to make him an apple wine, which she does. She tells him that her colleague wanted to celebrate her birth day at a fancy restaurant in advance, but she says that she will make it up for him. She says that the nurses and patients trust her very much, but that it must be difficult for her to be so close to her husband
