This chapter opens in the liu mansion, where the master has ordered a monk to deliver food to the mage. The monk is shocked to find that the master did not tell anyone to pack the food. He is afraid that the monk broke the chi-dragon curse, and he has to prepare for the monk's arrival. The lunar eclipse is approaching, and thousands of demons are gathering in the mountains. The master tells the monk that he intends to destroy the monk physically and mentally, but the monk says that he has not yet reached the fifth obstacle of the Buddhist dictionary. He tells the master that when he was a child, his brother carried him home when he got lost. When he came back from war, he was seriously injured, and fortunately, his master saved him. It took several years for him to recover, and the master told him that it was his bad luck to die completely after death, and so he disappointedly accepted his destiny. But a mysterious person recently released his news, so he fled from his master.
