In this short scene, Ga-Eul tells his friend that he has heard that his boss is in love with another woman, and that she has come to the cafe for a date after everyone has left for work. He is surprised to learn that she looks familiar to him, as she did when he first met her. He tells her that he is writing a novel, and asks her if she has gone into hiding because her boss is no fun. She tells him that her mom packed her some food, and she invites him to have it for dinner. She asks him if he has talked to the other woman yet, and he says that the woman wants to meet him in person, so if she tells him when he is available, she will knock on his door.
