The chapter opens with a conversation between Mr. Gu and Mr. Xieyin, the former husband and wife. Gu tells Mr. Zhuang that he wants to appoint Mr. Hu as a board member of the company, but Mr. Yauyin refuses, saying that he has already met his demand of demands. The anonymous shareholder, however, has written a letter to the company's board of directors, in which he consents to the appointment. The meeting of the board will be held at the following day, and the shareholders will unanimously approve the appointment as board member
