This is the third dog in the series. It's about a new beginner's manga contest that's just been announced. The prize is a million yen, and the winner is going to get to live in a fancy hotel in Hawaii for a day. The narrator is all, "Gee, I don't even know how to spend my million yen yet, so I'm just going to rent out a room in a hotel and buy a bunch of stuff for myself and my family" . He's totally nuts. He doesn't know how he's going to use the money, and he can't figure out what to do with it. He figures out that the prize is just a way for the publishing company to give away money to artists who haven't yet published their first book. He also figures that if he were serious about drawing, he'd get his whole million yen back.
