The emperor asks the empress if she is planning to take action against the emperor. The empress tells him that she is afraid of what will happen to her sister if she has to fight against him. She tells the emperor that he is the only one who is left by her side and that she must never leave him. The emperor tells her that he has promised her a reward if she will help him with the missing woman. She asks him to take her to the dining hall where they can have a drink and listen to his story about how he helped her.
