In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, the "Frightful One." He is the kind of person who wants to be an assassin, but who doesn't know how to do it. He's not a good fighter, he tells us, because he's too weak. He tells us that the human body is made of ribs, which make it hard for him to get to the heart and lungs. He says that if he were a real assassin, he'd be able to hit the heart with his right hand, and the lungs with his left.
