In this short scene, Teta wakes up in the middle of the night and tells her father that she has had a nightmare. She tells him that she is not her mother and that her father is not Zillah's father. She begs him not to leave her alone and asks him to hold one of her childhood toys, which Zillah has left in the hallway. She asks him if he believes she is his child and if he will believe her.
