Lin tells the villagers that he's going to show them a magic show that's not going to start until later in the night. He wants them to come and see him. He's a witch, he says, and knows how to use magic. He tells them that they should watch out for street-walkers and street-bands. He says that he has money, and he can use magic as long as he has it. He doesn't think that men can learn magic, but he does say that he is better than them. Lin says that there's no man in the world who can't use magic, and that there is no man who knows magic who isn't annoying. Lin is still fighting back, and the police show up. They find the black tortoise, which Lin says is the "sight of a lifetime" . Lin wants to go and see the tortoise, but she says that they have to fly to see it. She says that she'll take them to the tortoise's house, which sounds good to her.
