The narrator says that the kid is from a rich family, so he brought an umbrella with him. He tells the kid to call for a car, because he's exhausted. The kid says that his ankle is still injured, and the narrator tells him to stop following him, because it's just a silly thing to do. He says that he'll beat the kid up if he follows him again, and then he can go home.
