In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, Mr. Bai, who is a witness to everything that happens in the classroom. We learn that Mr. Caixing has disappeared, and that he has not been able to catch up with his friend. Mr. Guixian, the teacher who has been watching the scene unfold, has also disappeared. He is now in the middle of a conversation with Mr. Guo, another teacher who is also present at the scene, when Caixing suddenly appears out of nowhere. He tells Caixing that he is a fake, and Caixing is terrified.
