In this chapter, we learn that the victim of the tumbleweed virus is a human-looking duck. He's just doing his part-time job at the school, and he's wearing a special duck-shaped balloon that's supposed to protect him from the wind. The balloon is supposed to be a limited edition of a duck that was originally created for the school's mascot, the "humanless shaking duck." The duck's hair is going to harden when he gets angry, and the balloon will "explode stab" when he stabs at it. The duck is wearing the balloon because it's a special edition of the duck, and it costs about 3,000 , which is a lot of money for a duck to wear. He tells us that the wind blew him here in just the right time, and that he'll have to buy a special safety belt to keep him safe.
