Back at the school, Cai lian tells his teacher that he has been infected with the tumbleweed virus and that he will not be able to track down any of the students who have been missing. He also tells the teacher that since he has violated the school rules by going out, he should be punished. The teacher tells Cai that he is the only student in the school who does not have any information about his or her disease. He tells Cai to submit a detailed cv to the school with the names and dates of disease onset.
