Dr. Duan, the doctor's assistant, is in the middle of a conversation with another man when he hears the sound of someone's voice above him. The other man tells Duan that his boss, Mingdong, has set up a trap for Duan to escape. The man says that Mingdong has taught Duan a lesson, and that he will not stop until Duan dies. The doctor then asks Duan about the incident with the drunk driver, and Duan tells him that the incident caused a scandal.
