He says that the dog's mind is "expansive" right now. He wants to know who the boy or girl is, who the mother is, and why the man doesn't let the child live with him. He tells the dog to go to bed, and he'll send her cartoons. He also tells her that she can watch the boy and girl the next day. She says that's fine, she'll just have to wait until the next morning to watch them. She tells him that she wasn't trying to guess, she just wanted to marry someone rich. She asks him if he has a password for his wi-fi and he says no. He then asks if she's living in the 20th century, and she says that she is. She also asks if he even has a home with a wireless router, which is a fancy thing for a dog to have. He goes on to say that if he lets the dog in, he will be a dog.
