We learn that he has been living in a "doghouse" for the past few months, and that he'd like to go back to his old life. He asks for food, clothes, and a place to stay. Wendy offers to help, but the puppy doesn't have a set of pants, so he'll have to ask for his own. He also asks for directions to his new home, but wendy can't find him anywhere. The puppy asks if he can buy food for two, and then asks for some clothes to change into. He tells us that he hasn't been away from home for months, so it's time for him to get back on his feet. He wants to know why he wasn't called "chang chang" before, and why chang didn't call him "run wenxi" before. He wonders if chang is trying to "deny" what's happened to him, and he asks why he still smokes a cigarette
