The captain asks if anyone has heard of a "drug-fighting dog" . The dog is a kid from the police vocational school who attacks any drug dealer he encounters. The captain says that the kid is "crazy" and that it's more important that he has "violent tendencies" than that he is upright and brave. He asks the kid if he wants to be a police officer. The kid says that he can't, since he has to pass the police academy exam to get into the academy. He says that if he doesn't pass, he'll be a street drug dog like the one he's fighting right now.
