Back at Aunt Marthy's house, the girls try on their new clothes. They're not sure if they're good enough for their new friend, but they figure they'll be fine with it. The guys are bummed out that they haven't been able to pay back all the money they owe, but then they realize that it's her birthday present from them, so they don't have to worry about it anymore. Uh-oh, it turns out that the girls have been working hard to get their friend back to health, and now that she's back, they need to get her back to her pre-pregnancy weight. They make her a special birthday dinner, and she can't wait to eat it. She's so happy to be back that she starts to cry.
