The next morning, Lingzi wakes up to find that he's really drunk. He asks Lingzi to sleep with him so that he can recover from his hangover. Lingzi tells him that he looks like a good friend to him. He also tells Lingzi that the man he used to hang out with in college is now a man, and that he and Lingzi have quarreled because of this man. He says that Lingzi should stay by the man's side and protect him from anyone who might try to harm him.
