Can't Say No

It's been a while since we've heard from the narrator, but now he's ready to tell us what's up with him. He's still moping about his dog, which is still running around like a puppy. Now he wants to buy you some bubble tea so he won't have to worry about your dog anymore. He tells us that he was sad when he was a kid, so he bought you a cup of tea and a bunch of pearls. Now, he wants you to buy him some more bubble tea and lots of pearls so he'll have more to talk about. He also wants to know why you're not wearing makeup, since he already has a lot of makeup on. He wants to ask you why you haven't applied makeup yet, but you've already applied it. He asks you to let her apply makeup on him first, then wipe off the makeup later. You know, the "step-by-step" kind of thing. The narrator asks him to take a look at him in the mirror so he can see how careless he is.
