It's raining outside, and Cai Yunfei is still in pain from his hip injury. He tries to get his friend to tell him a story about how he and Dou Dou rode a bicycle together, or how they stole food from a market place, or even how they went from a small village to a big city. He's all, "Gee, Cai, I'm so sorry for hurting you, but I've got to tell you a story to distract you from my pain" . But he can't, because his hip is still hurt. He tells his friend that he sprained it the day before, and that he's going to have to go back to the dormitory. He also tells him that he needs to eat some chicken soup made by his uncle , which is kind of like chicken soup, but with more vegetables. Cai tells him to come back and eat more, but he doesn't tell his friend how he'll get a wife when he grows up.
