Coyle and his business partner, the deaf, mute dwarf, the apparently reformed criminal cane, the local candy abductor, and the local childrens basketball player all make their way to the small town of Nargaban to find out what to do about Ferruccio's new crime boss, the "white owl" . Coyle is worried that the car will not move, so he decides to take a "piss" to get him up. He also worries that the old coot will freeze to death if he does not get up. The old fart is also worried that he will not be able to see him, so the two of them decide to go find him. They decide to send a message to the emperor to stop the blizzard, but Coyle wonders why the emperor does not want to harm the mountain. The local people are loyal to the white owl, and Coyle worries that they will be loyal to him. He wonders if someone in the village can help them, and he wonders if they can get a towing service. The deaf man says that they do not need the phone, but the phone will slow them down even more. They look at the "mister popular" ponude and realize that they are in a pub, and that they have to keep their eyes on the "old coot" , who is missing. They also wonder about the urgehal family, who were killed 200 years ago by "the white owl," and now they will suffer for eternity.
