In this chapter, we learn that xinyu is giving up on learning martial arts. He wants to destroy the entire martial world. He says that he admires ambitious people, but he doesn't know how to do this. He also says that sometimes he thinks that martial artists are so single-minded that they don't understand how to recruit and induce other martial artists to do the same. He plans to use these martial artists against his own people.
