My Master Is a Deity

The scene opens with a conversation between Zongyu, the president of a company, and his dog, wang. The dog's owner, who is also a member of the company's board of directors, asks the dog if he still remembers the girl who saved him from drowning in the river. He says that he does, and that she is his friend. He asks her if she still remembers him, and she says that she does. She tells him that she has come to apply for a job at the company and that another woman has also come to work for her. He apologizes for his rudeness to her, saying that he did not expect her to like him so much. He then tells her that a student from the department of ancient capital history at the college has also arrived to work at his company. He tells her to let him in to pick up the trash at the party that is to be held later that night. He is angry that he lost his job and cannot pay off his gambling debts. When he hears a noise outside, he calls the police. He thinks that the dog is a practitioner and that he knows the girl well. He gives her a hard time for being a young lady, but he thinks that she did the correct thing. He adds that he was about to go to a graduation party, but that he is afraid that wang might still have some accomplices. He wants to take her home.
