As the rain begins to fall, the doctor rushes to the scene of the accident. He is surprised to find that the girl has sprained her ankle, and that the doctor has not realized that her sprained ankle was merely acting. The doctor tries to calm the girl down, but she continues to scream, "I sprained my ankle, you're a clumsy girl. I'm still... that hurts" . He calls for an ambulance, but the girl's mother begs him not to. She tells him that her son has been involved in a car accident and that he has been trapped in his seat. She begs him to step aside and save her son. He does, and the girl thanks him profusely.
