This is a locked chapterVol.3 Chapter 4: Fork In The Road
About This Chapter
The scene opens on the field of the Baltimore Ravens, where the team is preparing to take the field for the first time in twenty-five years. The players exit the field, and the narrator tells us that it's time for the national anthem to be sung. The narrator tells the audience that he's going to tell them all about the murder of the Mcbride family in Baltimore twenty years ago. He says that the murderer, Jake Mcbride, seems to be "bent on wipino" out of the whole family. He also says that Jake threw the baseball that blinded him, and that's why he has cancer. He tells the crowd that they're all tied up in the murder, and they all need to take responsibility for their part in it. He then tells them that the killer's name is "Harley Kyle" and that she's tall, blonde, and doesn't want to get away from the crime scene.
