In this chapter, we learn that the "mister flat" is a popular student at Jakarta University. He was popular because he helped other students get bullied. When an earthquake happened, he was in one of the buildings about to collapse. Since then, many people have seen him at the campus, but he is not a "bad ghost" . He says that there is an option to buy instant level up at a hefty price, but the price is too high for him.
