In this chapter, the ghost of the King of the Death tries to convince Evelyn to take him to a secluded place. Evelyn refuses, saying that she is not her friend and that she will fight him for stealing her money and coming into her house without her consent. The King of Death laughs at the absurdity of Evelyn's decision to go to the beach. He tells Evelyn that he will fight her one on one, but that she should always fight with her friends. He presents her with hundreds of orbs, which he says represent the modern ghosts that have come from the mysterious world. He also gives her a bottle that contains a single ghost that is still in the bottle.
