In this short scene, we learn that the two of them have been meeting all the time, and that they've been meant to be together. In fact, they're so in love with each other that they decided to get married. The narrator tells us that he's already had a boyfriend, but that's because the guy is doing his masters degree. He's always alone, so he took the offer of insurance because he wanted to spend some time with his new girlfriend. Now, he tells us, he'll be able to buy himself some new clothes and drink some more water when he needs it. He wants to know where he can get some pip money, which is a small amount of money that can buy you a drink at a bar.
