In this short scene, we get a brief description of the masked Galau. He's a little creepy, and we're not sure what to make of him. We're also not sure why he's not moving, or why he doesn't seem to know what to do. The guy's got a plan, and it's working. He just needs to wait for the right moment to execute it.
