In this short scene, we learn that Milady has fallen in love with Milady. Milady confesses that she has loved Milady for a long time, and Milady tells Milady that she loves her too, but Milady says that her feelings toward her aren't as pure as Milady's. She says that she wrote Milady a love poem when they first met, but she forgot to write it down. She asks Milady to take her to a restaurant for dinner, and then they'll be on a date. She's glad that they got to see the house together, because Milady didn't say anything about it this year, and it would've been too practical for her to wear, Milady thinks. She also says that if Milady had gone too fancy, she'd never have worn the stockings, because they'd have felt like gifts, and she's sure Milady wouldn't want to wear them anyway. She wants Milady, however, to tell her on three, and undo the bow around her knit one piece, so she can see her back.
