In this chapter, the monster explains that he is not going to be defeated anytime soon. He says that the monsters are spreading because normal people are not willing to accept them. He adds that the number of attacks on humans is increasing and that there is no way to stop them. The monster tells the audience that he was almost gone for three months before he was attacked again. He tells them that he will not give up and will keep fighting.
