In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character, who we'll refer to as "Lemonblu3" because he's wearing a blue shirt. He's super excited to be back in the room with his dog, who's named Allen. We learn that all elevators are rated at a certain amount of capacity, so if you're going up to the top of the elevator, you'll have to wait until it's full. Also, children under 12 shouldn't be using the elevator without their parents' permission, since they don't have the adult's approval to do so. We also learn that the dog's name is "Allen" , and that's why we call him "lemonblu3" . We're also introduced to the new character's creator, who is named "rielz" because she's dressed up like Allen in the costume from last year's comic. She's so excited to have her dog back, and she thanks her creator for all of his hard work and dedication.
