This chapter is a bit of a spoiler alert for those who haven't yet read the book. It's a little confusing, but basically it's about a guy who's been reading a book and wants to go back to his bed. The guy's name is Norviyuuart, and he's the one who wrote the book, not the guy who reads it. He's kind of a jerk for not taking the shirt off when he was supposed to be doing the script, but hey, it was up to him to watch his stuff, so maybe he shouldn't have been so impatient with the scene. The narrator is bummed out, but he also has a lot to say about the comic. First off, he thanks the guys for letting him be a part of it. And then he thanks them for making it possible for him to be able to do what he loves, which is to read comic books. He also thanks the other patrons for supporting him in his mission to make comic books more accessible to people who don't usually have access to them. And finally, the narrator thanks the comic book guys for inspiring him to keep going.
