The chapter opens with a flashback to Hiroshige's time at school. He tells us that he used to be a good friend of Ando's, and that he's been going to school since then. He's sad to hear that Ando isn't doing well at school, and he'd like to go visit him. He also says that he bought a copy of the latest issue of shonen jump to read, and it made him cry. He says he'll read it again, and then he tells us about the eight people who have been murdered in the past month, and how no one has ever caught the killer. He then says that the guy in the chapter is one of the "crazy gantz" cultists who believe that there's no place like the net for anyone without an inside. The chapter ends with the narrator saying that he is no longer a member of the hiroshigami cult.
