When he wakes up the next morning, Hirokazu tells his son that he's been steam-breathing. He's not sure what's wrong with him, but he can't figure out how to fix it. When he asks his son why he was so excited about the day, he learns that the day was the day they destroyed two of the life forms on the planet, and that they'll need to rebuild them.
