He tells us that he knows that Hiroyuki will not say a word about it, but he does not apologize. The narrator asks if something has happened between Hiroyuki and Kijima, and the narrator says that it has. He asks the narrator if he knows what is wrong with her, and she says that she knows that it is Hiroyuki's fault. She tells him that she has been punished for each time she says his name, and that she thinks she can trace the incident back to a young boy named Hiroyuki, not to a girl named Horie. Hiroyuki tells the narrator that he asked him to tutor Horie, but the narrator is afraid that he will not be able to see her tonight
