As the chapter opens, Asuma is hit on the head by a rattle. He is now forbidden to see his family members, but he is allowed to see the other members of the family, including his sister, who has been hiding out in the same room as Asuma. When Asuma finds out that his sister is hiding out there, he tells her that he is not leaving, and that he hopes that she will be well soon. He then tells her about the events of the previous day, when he and Asuma had gone to the cave together. When they entered the cave, he was afraid of the dark, but when he became skinny, he recognized him right away.
