About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that a girl named "happy" has found the key to the castle and is on her way to the door. The fairylanders are overjoyed to see her, and they wish her farewell. The girl tells us that the fairyland is full of joy as they gather to say their goodbyes to her. She says that the queen of fairyland, cloudia, is the happiest of them all, and she is very pleased to see that she is happy. She tells the girl that she can leave without saying a word to her, but the girl says that she cannot, because she is not sure what is going on. She asks the girl to keep telling her story, and the girl tells her that she was surprised by the giant, dark, and evil dragon that she came riding in. She explains that she asked her old friend, the dead dragon, for help, but first she had to prove that she had fought her way through the dungeon. He says that each of the bosses was more evil than the last, but that no matter what was in store for the next level, the plush of it was still there. He tells her to enter his domain and insult him by killing his hordes, but she is like the daughter he never had, and he says that he is finally holding the key in his hand, and that he will use it to show up after he has done all his hard work. He asks her if she ever thought that this day would ever come, and says that it is too special for her to be sad. She wonders why she can't go home, and wonders why on earth she has to be killed in order to be allowed to return to fairyland
