About This Chapter
In this short scene, Jim tries to convince himself that he's doing the right thing by going on a vacation. He's worried that the ghost of Jean will show up and kill him. He wants to make sure that he gives him something to take with him when he gets back to the real world. He tells Jim that he needs a sidekick so that he can pull off the pose of the cat master. Jim asks Jim if he can get him into the image central so he can see the partners. Jim says he can do that, but he'd like to ask Jim for a sidekick to help him pull off that pose. He asks Jim to give him a key to the image center so that Jim can use it to open the door. Jim is all, "ouch, that hurt, bud !" . Then he hears a knock at the door and realizes that it's another call from the ghost. Jim wants to know if Jim will be at the scene of the crime. Jim tells him that he will be there. He also tells Jim to add him to the special edition of the book.
