Hiroyuki delivers food to his next-door neighbor. He's so tired that he doesn't want to tell anyone about it, but he does want to thank the guy for giving him free food. He tells the guy that he's worried about something, and he'll be back later to deliver more food. Hiroyuki says that he brought food for the guy who moved in next door a few weeks ago, but that's not enough for him. He asks the guy if he'd like to eat with him, and the guy says he would, but then he has a heart attack.
