In this chapter, we learn that Hiroyuki has been stabbed in the back by one of his friends, and that he is in desperate need of a doctor. Hiroyuki tells us that he has been feeling very ill and that his friend, Hitomi, has been worried about him. Hitomi has kissed Tatsuya, and Hiroyuki says that it is very painful for him to see her kiss someone he does not love. He says that he still wants to be friends with her, but that he knows that she is jealous of him. He worries that he will be disliked by the others, and he hopes that they will still be friends even after he dies.
