Seunghye greets his landlord, Yonwoo, who is going through a tough time. Yonwoo is a nice guy, but he knows that Seungye is in love with Yonwoo. He knows about their relationship, too, and he knows about Yonwoo's troubles. SeungYee tells Yonwoo that he can't stay any longer, since he's seen Yonwoo take his side against him. He's going to leave, he says, and then he'll head out to find the rocker. He says that he was looking forward to seeing the rocker when they went out for a drink a few days before, and that he'd be disappointed if he didn't win him over. He also says that another hot guy is an actor, and there must be a lot of other hot guys around the actor. If he can win over that hot guy, he can spend the winter warm, even if he isn't here. He asks Yonwoo if he has any empty rooms in his house, and Yonwoo says no, he doesn't even have an empty room with his younger brother. He tells Yonook that they're just there to check out a house. Yonook says that the house is not for sale, but Yonook points out that it's late at night, so they'll have to force the lovers to break up.
