The Nurse comes by and tells the Host that he has to bring in fresh flowers because of the risk of infection. The Host tells the Nurse that he left a single flower in front of the Guest House and that he brought it home because he couldn't leave it. The Nurse asks the Host if he would like to see him, and the Host tells her that he's been working as a Host for the past few months. He's also the manager of the club, which means that he can't do anything on his own, so he shares the job with the other Host. He says that the only thing that worries him about is the fact that the Hostess acts like a "stubborn tomboy" when she's around. The Hostess says that she doesn't have a lot of relatives, so she'll have to rely on her father. She's worried about the Hostess's attitude, but she says that they still have time to talk to him.
