In this short scene, we learn that the "boss" of the story is the "neighbor shader" . He's the one who "twitched" the "suspicious person" , and he's about to do the same to the "pants" in this scene. The pants are "stunned" by the "jerky jolt" that's just come from the "beastly boss." The pants, he says, are "so much say it" that they're "tsk-tsk cum-kou . . let's suck it up" and "suck the pants" and so on and so forth. We're not sure what to make of this scene, but we're guessing that it's some kind of "new method" of "teasing" the pants.
