In this short scene, we are introduced to a new character, the "beastly boss" , who is a neighbor to the protagonist's house. The protagonist is shocked to learn that his neighbor is the "boss" of the house, and that he has just arrived at the house. He asks the protagonist if he has arrived safely, and the protagonist responds that he does, but that he is still waiting for his wife to arrive. He then tells the protagonist that his wife's voice is "so erotic" that he cannot believe that her husband would accept the fight that he had planned for her
