In this chapter, we learn that the cat-knight is named "Shuichi" and that he is a member of the "dragon brigade" . We learn that "tsumire" is chasing the tail of the dragon, which means that the whole region is in danger if the dragon invades. The cat knight, however, is not concerned about the danger; he just wants to play with the dragon until he can figure out a way to get to the tail.
