The next morning, Mr. Kishi arrives at the office. He is surprised to find that the other two are already gone. He asks if they are working with him, and they reply that they are. He then asks if he is working with a "jerk like him" , and the other replies that he is. The two are surprised to learn that Kishi is angry with them for not firing him earlier. He tells them that he has been thinking that they have fired him because he is a petty person, and that he was afraid that they would yell at him.
